Do You Treat Children in Your Office?
Yes. From infants through adulthood and beyond, we see all ages in our office.
There tends to be less to do the younger the patient is and thus the appointment takes less time, impacting the rate you are charged.
Can I Bring My Child(ren) With Me to My Appointment?
In order to better know you and your family, we welcome your child(ren) in our office.
However, we find that the nature of our hydraulic equipment poses a safety hazard.
Therefore, we ask that you bring someone with you to watch your child(ren) in the waiting area while you are receiving your treatment.
Do You Treat Pregnant Women in Your Office?
Yes. We see patients of every stage of pregnancy for a variety of symptoms.
How Much Does it Cost?
We charge based on how much time is spent in the appointment. Call our office to inquire about specific rates.
What Can I Expect During My Treatment?
The initial visit includes both an examination and a chiropractic treatment – you will receive an adjustment in your first appointment.
This means that the initial visit tends to take longer (expect to be here 45 minutes to an hour).
Dr. Heinrich utilizes a gentle approach to adjustments;
using Chinese acupuncture meridian energy in combination with manually manipulating bones into their correct place,
they allow these two systems to work in harmony with each other.
We also utilize any of the following methods, which are determined on a case-by-case basis:
Do You Take Health Insurance?
This office is not under contract with any health insurance plans, therefore we are not able to file your claim or be paid directly by your insurance company.
We are considered an “out-of-network” provider on all/most PPO plans, therefore your insurance company should reimburse you for your treatment up to the allowable percentage after your deductible.
You will be responsible for paying your bill in full as services are rendered, and you will be provided with an itemized receipt sufficient for your insurance purposes.
HMO plans require that you go to the doctors on their list and therefore you will not be reimbursed for your visit here.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER CARD for your convenience.
Do You File Medicare?
While we do not accept assignment on Medicare and cannot be paid directly by Medicare, we will file your claim to Medicare as a courtesy to you.
Medicare should reimburse you for your treatment up to the allowable percentage after your deductible.
You will be responsible for paying your bill in full and services are rendered.
Please provide us with your Medicare card so we can make a copy of it.
What’s Your Cancellation Policy?
We require a 2 Hour Notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Appointments that are cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a $45 Missed Appointment Fee.
This policy is also posted in our waiting room as well as on appointment cards for your review.
